How do I place an order?
To place an order using your shopping cart, follow these simple steps: –

#1 Add products to cart
#2 Click checkout to fill out an order form and to get the payment details or to pay via PayPal
#3 For bank deposits, email the proof of payment at
#4 Shipping lead time will be 1 to 3 working days
#5 We Accept BPI bank deposit, Paypal/credit card payments, LBC pera padala.

Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Due to the speed of most of our shipments, we are not able to cancel orders once the order has been submitted.

Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?
We will immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order, including backorders and credit card authorization issues.

Questions About Ordering

What payment options do you offer?

For your convenience, we offer a number of payment options, including credit card,  Paypal, bank wire, western union, money gram. Contact us for arrangements.

My credit card does not seem to be working for ordering, what can I do?

Generally this occurs for 2 reasons:

1. AVS Mismatch: As a security precaution, the credit card processor checks to see if the billing zip code/postal code match the one on record.  If it does not, the transaction will be rejected.  Please make sure that this is correct before proceeding.  If you live in a country without postal codes, please contact us here to see if we can make other payment arrangements.

2. Account insufficient: You do not have enough funds for the purchase.  In this case you can consider a bank wire payment. Contact us for arrangements.

Can you send samples of your products?
Sorry we don’t always have samples to send but we can give you freebies along with your order provided your order will be worth $50 or more.

Can I use an international credit card?

Yes as long as it has sufficient credit balance. We currently accept all major credit cards which include: visa, mastercard, american express, discover, or debit cards with the visa/mastercard logo. We also accept paypal and electronic gift cards issued on the site.
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.

Have not received an order confirmation?

Well we don’t like the sound of that! There are a few reasons you may not have received an order confirmation:
– if you haven’t checked your spam inbox. The email may have gotten sent there by accident.
– if you have set spam filters too high, our emails could be deleted once they are received.
– if ( is not added to your address book, you may not be getting confirmations from us.
– or, your order may not have been successfully submitted.

Problem placing an order online?

Sorry to hear that! Keep in mind that if your billing address doesn’t match the credit card company’s records, your order won’t be placed.
