Shipping and delivery

Item Availability
A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”. Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date.

We ship to virtually any country in the world. Note there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you.

Shipping Methods and Costs
As of this time we only ship items via Express Mail Service (EMS) or XendExpress (powered by UPS, Singapore Post, and LBC Express)

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. In some cases, courier rates may be higher than what we have listed on our site. In such cases we will inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order.

You will receive a tracking number of your shipment when your item has been shipped, you can check its current status and location online

Shipping Availability Date
For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been cleared.
For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Period of Time
All shipments will be delivered via Express Mail Service (EMS) or XendExpress (powered by UPS, Singapore Post, and LBC Express). For air courier, delivery time will generally take from 3 to 7 business days after the shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparing the order for shipping and shipping time, is typically 6 to 8 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Customs Clearance, Import Duties, and VAT 
Please be advised that Agelessbeautypotions is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office thoroughly, inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery .

All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the your government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
Agelessbeautypotions shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product.

Agelessbeautypotions strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the Philippines or abroad.
